As of the end of SEPTEMBER, I've still raised 76% more for Democrats as I had at the same point 4 years ago, although for the month of September alone I only raised about 13% more than I did in September 2022.
In terms of category breakout, so far this cycle I've raised:
-
U.S. Senate: $353,531 (22.5%)
-
U.S. House: $365,232 (23.3%)
-
State Legislative: $576,959 (36.8%)
-
State Executives*: $105,479 (6.7%)
-
Courts: $62,513 (4.0%)
-
State Dem Parties: $101,466 (6.5%)
-
Local/Other: $3,274 (0.2%)
-
TOTAL: $1,568,454
*NOTE: State Executives includes Governors, Lt. Governors, Attorneys General & Secretaries of State as well as other state executive office such as Treasurers, Auditors, Comptrollers, Public Service Commissioners, School Boards, etc.
The ~$1.57 MILLION I've raised so far consists of ~153,000 individual donations averaging just $10.25 apiece (admittedly, most of those were in the form of larger donations split among multiple candidates).
It's gone directly to over 3,000 different Democratic candidates (along with several dozen state & local parties), averaging over $475 apiece:
-
743 candidates have received $1 - $10 apiece
-
870 have received $10 - $50 apiece
-
457 have received $50 - $100 apiece
-
406 have received $100 - $250 apiece
-
302 have received $250 - $500 apiece
-
181 have received $500 - $1,000 apiece
-
148 have received $1,000 - $2,500 apiece
-
84 have received $2,500 - $5,000 apiece
-
49 have received $5,000 - $10,000 apiece
-
21 have received $10,000 - $25,000 apiece
-
4 have received more than $25,000:
-
Josh Weil (FL-06 special, 2025): $30,512
-
Sherrod Brown: $29,875
-
Mary Peltola: $29,360
-
James Talarico: $27,061
-

I've also broken out my U.S. SENATE fundraising totals to date by candidate:
- The ten Top Tier Races average ~$22.1K apiece
- The six 2nd Tier Races average ~$11.9K apiece
- The ten 3rd Tier Races average ~$4.1K apiece, although it's actually ~$4.6K apiece since Todd Achilles (Idaho) doesn't use ActBlue for online fundraising so I can't raise anything for him.
- There has also been another ~$11.8K donated to various candidates who either dropped out or lost their primaries, and another ~$8K to candidates who aren't even running this cycle (this is due to donors who have recurring monthly donations set up from prior cycles).

I've changed my social media engagement methodology; since I've solidly established that Bluesky (and other platforms) generate several times more engagement (click-thrus per follower) than Twitter, I'm focusing purely on actual funds raised via each now.
In September 2026, links posted to Bluesky generated 12.3% of total funds raised (the all-time high so far was actually 53% in January); overall Bluesky has generated 19.3% of everything I've raised for candidates to date.
As for the rest, only Twitter/X and Daily Kos have generated significant amounts to date: 9.3% for the former, 5.0% for the latter.
The other three platforms (Threads, Mastodon and Spoutible) have only generated ~1.4% of everything I've raised to date combined.
